The power plant for this workhorse is a 460cc, aerospace titanium body and cup face. The XCG 3's face incorporates Exotics variable face thickness technology to deliver an explosive rebound from anywhere on the face. Performance enhancing details exist even out of sight. Our X contour face technology generates faster launch speed from all areas of the face. The inner O ring allows the outer edges of the face to be made thinner for a larger sweet spot, greater ball speed and less variation between center and off center hits. Advancements in the XCG 3's crown have been developed through the use of amorphous carbon, a lighter stronger version of carbon materials previously used in golf. This new carbon allows for a thinner crown, allowing even more weight to be positioned in the sole in the form of tungsten weights. With a total mass of 28 grams, the weights create the lowest, deepest center of gravity of any Exotics driver yet.
